The Bagets Company (TBC), operating under the name Creator of Pinoy Bagets, is a private multimedia and entertainment conglomerate based in the Philippines. Established on January 1, 2017, it has grown to become one of the top companies in the country. The company is widely recognized for its extensive involvement in film, television, music, and web-based services, with a presence that spans globally. As of today, The Bagets Company is now acquired by Big X Corporation, further strengthening its position in the entertainment and multimedia industry under the Big X vision.
The Bagets Company was founded in early 2017 by the entity known as the Creator of Pinoy Bagets. Initially focusing on digital entertainment and youth-oriented content, the company quickly expanded into various sectors of media and communication. Through innovative branding and content strategies, TBC built a strong digital footprint and became a leader in the Filipino entertainment industry.

Rebranded LLC manages diverse subsidiaries such as IS Company LLC, which provides subscription-based insurance; Pinoy Bagets Help, a BPO company; and Bagets Updates, which offers consultation and business solutions.
RPCT Holdings drives innovation through its subsidiaries like Daks Management, a talent agency and management firm, and Interns PH, which provides OJT and internship opportunities for students and young professionals.
The Bagets Channel continues to grow with Pinoy Bagets International, serving as its global entertainment arm, and VIP Subscriptions, which delivers premium subscription services.
